Our Learning and Development team are seeking an experienced Training Administrator to join them in managing the sequencing of WithYou’s online and in person training. Do you have great analytical skills, an eye for detail and a methodical ‘can do’ attitude? Then we would love to hear from you
- Please note this is a home - based, 12 month fixed - term position._

**Main Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Undertake planning and administrative duties to support the effective delivery of our

training interventions
- Support the training team and partner agencies to meet relevant health and safety requirements; to include acting as a point of contact, to ensure the safety and security of staff and others can be maintained.
- Provide administrative support to the wider Learning and Development Team, including the maintenance of learning platforms and record-keeping systems as required.
- Set up and coordinate training bookings and manage attendance information on our learning management system.
- Support the management team in maintaining high levels of data quality and data

management.
