We're recruiting customer focused individuals with a ‘Know You Can' mindset to join our dedicated Policy Servicing Team in Bournemouth on a full-time permanent basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be an essential member of the team who take pride in providing excellent customer service to our members. Whatever our members' query; the Policy Servicing team do what they can to provide support. That could be assisting someone with registering for our online portal or discussing their policy needs at renewal to ensure they have suitable cover moving forward.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. After your initial training period of approx. 3 months, you'll work at least 40% of your week in our Bournemouth office.
**Working Hours & Shift Pattern**:Our phone lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday and Bank Holidays 9am-5pm. We'll require you to work 37.5 hours a week on a rota basis. You'll know well in advance the shift patterns you'll be working each week, so you can plan around your hours.
**Induction & Training**:
When you join us, you'll be given extensive training on our products and tools to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to succeed. You'll have regular meetings with your manager to check in with your progress and you'll have full support from seniors and quality coaches together with regular coaching sessions, so you have what you need to make a difference, no matter the stage of your career.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Answering calls from brokers, members & other departments within AXA Health.
- Taking full ownership of all member interactions, investigating and providing solutions, gathering enough information to make a decision.
- Obtaining payment information.
- Making policy adjustments including renewal upgrades whilst on the phone.
- Putting our members interests at the heart of every choice you make.
- Maintaining accurate member records

- Natural talent for connecting with people, problem-solving and decision-making skills with positive, can-do attitude.
- Customer focused, with the ability to show empathy and build rapport, listening and assessing situations and conducting yourself in a highly professional manner.
- Take pride your organisational skills and attention to detail and be able to multi-task and show resilience.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience in a customer facing role either in person or on the telephone would be desirable.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
