We are currently recruiting for an experience **Material Co-Ordinator **to join a specialist project. This project is a hybrid working role, with a luxurious Automotive manufacturer in Coventry.

**The project has been deemed as inside IR35, with an Umbrella payrate of £32.00per hour.**

**Key responsibilities and duties**:

- Organising prototype parts movement
- Working closely with the transport coordinators to ensure transport movements are being completed OTIF
- Track and Trace shipments - follow up customs issues with correct resolutions.
- React to urgent requests in the collection and delivery of material and or parts.
- Work closely with teams to ensure successful build events.
- Support any relevant prototype build activities
- Chair supplier meetings to review part supply status and resolve any issues identified.
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
- Knowledge of Global Prototype Inventory Requisition Scheduling (GPIRS) and Fleet Management System (FMS).
- Knowledge of minimum requirements for Packing list / Commercial invoices, Customs requirements for Import and Exports of the goods to / from UK, EU and RoW
- A full UK driving license with less than 6 penalty points and no disqualifications
- Experience of managing prototype suppliers during pre-production build phases
- Transport Planning
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills and Microsoft package, especially Power Point and Excel
