Team Leader

This role is to ensure that any reports of damp and mould or pest control are recorded and dealt with in an effective and timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that the cases are progressed through to resolution within the agreed timescales. You will help manage the relationships across the business and with our stakeholders, ensuring that robust processes are in place and that we are providing a joined up approach to tackle the demand across these service areas.
We are looking for someone exceptional to fill this role. You’ll need to have significant experience of leading a team, have experience of developing and implementing digital innovation solutions and the ability to manage change. Most of all though, you will be bringing your ability to build relationships with contractors, colleagues and stakeholders and will have the ability to use these relationships, to ensure the services put our customers at the heart of resolving complex cases within their homes.
