Senior SOR Application Developer

**Job Description**:
What is the opportunity?

Senior SOR Application Developer, facilitating the build out of their THOR Smart Order Router

What will you do?
- Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and business requirements for software
- Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of their clients
- Maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns
- Analyze and test programs and products before formal launch
- Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
- Seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
- Strong C++ knowledge required.
- Experience working with FIX protocol
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Strong Smart Order Router experience.
- Understanding of European market structure ( MiFID II )
- Experience working with FIX protocol
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows
- Basic script and database query coding is required

Nice-to-have
- Java experience a major plus.
