If you do, this role is perfect for you Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for Economic Inclusion Lead on a fixed term contract basis at our offices in Houghton Regis.

**A bit about the role**:
As an Economic Inclusion Lead you will be reporting to the Economic Inclusion Manager, working strategically and operationally across Peabody localities developing and maintaining partnerships with relevant, influential, borough based, pan-London and national organisations across the public, voluntary and private sectors to support the availability and accessibility of economic activity, services and opportunities to our residents and the communities we work in. Some of the key results for the role include:
Lead and be accountable for specific initiatives to improve the attractiveness, take-up, accessibility and quality of economic inclusion activities across the localities taking specific accountability for their locality.

To lead, devise and identify initiatives that raise the employability, skills and economic performance of residents and the communities we work in whilst encouraging the development of our economic offer.

To establish, lead and drive sustainable partnerships across Peabody’s North counties local plan which will identify shared priorities and deliver relevant programmes, projects and activities whilst maximising opportunities with economic partners including providers, businesses, public services and voluntary agencies.

To represent Peabody and be our ambassador for economic inclusion initiatives in partnership with other anchor organisations for instance, local authorities, government bodies, education providers, employers, training providers and other registered providers in housing.

To support and be an active member of relevant working groups focused on key activities for the team and localities, including sustainable growth networks, partnership forums, co-delivering events and involving relevant internal colleagues where needed.
- Encourage and support improved awareness, co-ordination and the continuous refinement of local and national economic delivery and lead work in this area with local multidisciplinary teams across PCF and the wider Peabody group.
- This role will require a minimum of one day a week working in the office. _
