SURVEY & VALUATION TEAM

Our five strong team of RICS Registered Valuers cover a diverse spread of work across all types of property including commercial, industrial, educational and residential. Our Valuers act for a range of private clients, local authorities, housing associations and lending institutions.

We offer our clients a full range of Valuation and Surveying services within residential and commercial markets including market valuations, acquisition surveys, asset valuations and mortgage lending to name but a few.

YOUR ROLE

As a Graduate Surveyor, you would work with our experienced team providing a variety of valuation and surveying services. This would enable you to gain a full range of commercial and residential survey/valuation experience that will assist you in your goal of becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

TRAINING PROGRAMME

We have an enviable track record of training-up and supporting Graduate Surveyors through their APC process, resulting in several of our surveyors having qualified as MRICS Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers in quick time whilst working at Lea Hough.

We provide full support through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), via our Structured Graduate Training Programme.
