About the Role:


As a Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in a collaborative venture executing significant projects focused on enhancing and maintaining water supply and wastewater treatment facilities in the eastern region.

This role provides a blend of on-site responsibilities along with the flexibility of dynamic working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the commercial administration of large-scale projects, encompassing civil, mechanical, infrastructure, and non-infrastructure tasks.
  • Team Leadership: Offer guidance and mentorship to your team, nurturing the development of their skills and expertise.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various sectors to ensure comprehensive commercial awareness and alignment.
