**Job Title: Semi-Skilled Worker**
**Salary: £13 per hour**
**Hours: 40 hours**

Our client is seeking motivated semi-skilled workers to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow your skills while contributing to the production of innovative products that enhance safety and security.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist skilled workers in the manufacturing process, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials according to specifications.
- Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform basic tasks such as loading and unloading materials, measuring & cutting components and maintaining work areas clean and organized.
- Learn and adhere to quality control standards, inspecting products for defects and reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Follow instructions and work orders accurately, completing tasks efficiently and contributing to meeting production targets.
- Participate in training programs and skill development initiatives to enhance your capabilities and advance within the company.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and repetitive movements.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
