Making A Difference as A Family Support Worker.
We are seeking to appoint a Family Support Worker to work within our Children With Disabilities
Team.
You will work alongside our other Family Support Worker, supporting disabled children and their
families who are accessing support and short breaks.
The service is committed to providing a responsive and high standard of support to all children
and young people who receive a service from the team. You will work alongside our social
workers and family support worker and will receive regular support from the assistant team
manager.
You must have knowledge of child development and be able to identify and respond to young
people’s needs.
You will receive regular supervision and support, including in-house training opportunities.
