Assisting the Finance Team members to ensure the administrative functions within the Finance Department runs to a professional standard together and ensuring that the Solicitors Accounts Rules are adhered to in all transactions.

This role involves but is not limited to:
Data entry into Mattersphere

Updating Word and Excel documents

Photocopying/scanning and file administration

Taking and making client phone calls

Taking phone messages for other team members

Responding to queries in a timely and appropriate manner

Preparation of cheques.

Monitoring the Finance group inbox and dealing with any queries.

**Requirements**:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Administration experience.

Ability to work using own initiative as well as taking instruction.

Strong verbal and written communication.
