**What we'll need you to bring**:

- SVQ level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) plus prior experience in healthcare administration or extensive experience in a secretarial role
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Evidence of effective team working and dealing with change
- Evidence of strong communication skills with patients, clinicians and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Evidence of strong competence with relevant IT systems
- Audio typing skills

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Experience working in a busy medical environment
- Previous waiting list experience
- Team working skills
- Ability to deal with change

**Contract type**:
Permanent

Part Time

30 hours

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

**Location**:
This role will be based in the Administrative Department within **University Hospital Monklands**.
