**The Role**:
The Clinical Service Secretary is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.

**What we'll need you to bring**:

- RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
- Proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum requirement of two years secretarial experience in an equivalent position.

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Proficient in audio typing

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in Clinical Health within University Hospital Monklands

The working pattern for this role Mon to Fri 0900 to 1700
