**Care Team Leader** - **Nights 19:00pm - 07:00am, Diss**

**£14.50 (nights) + enhancements + NEW company sickness scheme**

**20.5 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours**

**A day in the life**:
You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff, including developing a culture that echoes Norse Care values:

**We will be looking for you to demonstrate these at the interview stage**

We also want you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.

**About Weavers Court**:
Weaver’s Court is a housing with care scheme in Diss, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own flat under a tenancy agreement with Saffron Housing.
