Overview:

This role will appeal to you if you like working in a busy environment, enjoy a variety of tasks and have the flexibility to travel to other sites as and when required.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the Asset Director of the Company. Ideally you will have some project management experience, possess fantastic organisational and interpersonal skills and enjoy being that 'go to' person at our Peterborough office.

The requirement is 24 hours per week and can be worked over 3 to 5 days, we are flexible, so whatever suits you best allowing you to tailor your working hours to suit your lifestyle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diary management
- Provides high quality documentation
- Manage the administration of meetings; including board meeting and executive meeting preparation.
- Proactive in liaising with contributors to ensure the smooth running of meetings.
- Take minutes and maintain accurate records of meetings
- Proactively follow up on action points from meetings as required.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Manages all administration needs for the Asset Director including any travel arrangements, hotel bookings and management of expenses.
- Provide adhoc administration support to other Directors of the business and support the smooth running of the office
- Provide office support including welcoming guests, answering calls to the office.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic files and records

Qualifications:
**Essential**

Self motivated and pro-active individual with good interpersonal skills that communicate with stakeholders across the business.

Excellent organisational skills are a necessity in the role.

Due to the nature of the role you will need to have proven experience of maintaining high levels of confidentiality

Proficient in Microsoft packages

Exceptional spelling, punctuation and grammar

GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) in grade C or above

Flexible and willing to travel
