**Natural Stone Consulting**is a family company specialising in the supply of exquisite stone flooring, wall tiles, flagstones and outdoor paving. Our ambitious growth strategy requires the recruitment of a part-time sales administrator at our Wick St Lawrence base.

**Role responsibilities will include**:

- Processing orders and deliveries.
- Stock tracking and reporting.
- Liaising with suppliers both international and in the UK.
- Liaising with hauliers / shipping agents both international and in the UK.
- Advising potential customers on product, providing quotes and organising samples.
- Logging and following-up customer enquiries.
- Generic office administration.
- Supporting the directors with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.

**Essential skills**:

- Self-starter and a confident, independent worker.
- Confidence on the phone.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in dealing with the general public.
- High organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Well versed in IT skills - particularly Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be confident in working on own initiative.
- A good head for numbers.
- At least two years of working in an administrative role.
- Familiar with learning product / technical information.

**Salary**: Starting salary of £21-23k per annum pro-rata depending on experience.

Hours: 26 hours per week to include two days from 9am-5pm.
