**Job Overview**

We are seeking a full-time EU Video & Photo Content Producer, with a passion for digital content and storytelling, to bring original and untold TerraCycle stories to life. This is a hands-on role that requires a video/photo production professional with demonstrated industry experience who is highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to join our team of creative professionals.

The EU Video & Photo Content Producer is responsible for the management, planning, and execution of all video/photo production in Europe within the Global Creative Department. The role requires interpreting briefs and managing multiple projects daily, while producing and post-producing high quality content for digital media, social, website, print, etc.

The EU Video & Photo Content Producer will be based at our London office in Perivale, West London. They will be part of a collaborative environment with the regional marketing, operations and retail teams, working alongside the Creative Director. They will report to the Director of Video & Photo located at TerraCycle's Global HQ based in New Jersey, USA.

**Primary responsibilities for the position include**:

- Interpret and understand creative briefs and participate in kick-off meetings with the Marketing and Creative Teams to get project scope and produce all video and photo assignments for the company (from pre to post-production)
- Think creatively among the production of multiple projects and suggest creative and feasible solutions to fit the needs of projects in in-house or on location shoots
- Solid experience on planning, organisation and execution of video and photo shoots, including pre and post production coordination, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, booking and coordinating talent (models, voiceover, artists) and freelancers when necessary, transportation, locations, collecting props, etc.
- Manage all aspects of production, including project management from start to finish
- Create and implement Production templated workflows such as call sheets, production design bootlegs, storyboards, shooting boards, etc. for all projects accordingly
- Undertake offline and online video editing
- Undertake photography, image processing and retouching
- Keeping up to date the EU video library
- Work independently, as well as part of a team to produce project goals and deliverables
- Assist in maintaining proper care of the studio, lighting and image equipment

**Requirements/Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, namely Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Excellent knowledge of operating video and photo cameras
- Familiarity with professional cameras (Canon C series + Canon DSLR, a plus), pre-production/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip and digital still photography
- Familiarity with project management platforms, i.e. Wrike, a plus
- Proficiency in motion graphics
- A good understanding of graphic design and typography
- Technical expertise in videography and a comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and standards
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in producing video and photo content
- Proven experience in visual content production and post-production needs.
- Resourceful and effective troubleshooter with willingness to make suggestions
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, responding quickly to changing priorities, problem solving and multitasking in rapidly changing environment
- Strong understanding of photo and video shoots best practices and procedures on set (studio or location)
- Post-production coordination expertise with demonstrated skill set in digital video editing and photo retouching
- Must be available for occasional travel across the UK and France, and further abroad if necessary
- Online portfolio required for review demonstrating proven skills for this position
