**RESPONSIBILITIES**

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a dynamic People & Culture team and become responsible for overseeing the smooth running of all operational aspects of the People & Culture department and for contributing to a fantastic employee experience at IFX. This includes being responsible for
- maintaining and enhancing our people systems (Bamboo HR in particular), and providing all users with relevant guidance and training
- ensuring up-to-date and accurate employee data at all times and providing report and analysis as required
- managing our People & Culture processes, identifying gaps and solutions to continuously enhance and automate our internal policies and process
- managing our HR inbox and acting as first line support for employee queries
- Supporting with internal communication, projects and other initiatives aimed at creating a great employee experience and a positive and inclusive culture
- managing benefits administration, and supporting the review and development of our benefits offering
- overseeing the take up of mandatory training by all employees and supporting the roll out of new learning initiatives
- Producing employee documentations, in particular the drafting of joiners, leavers, and variation documents.
- Supporting with the roll out of core HR processes such as performance review, compensation reviews, engagement surveys etc.

**COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience with HR operations (policies, processes, HRIS, data management, and reporting)
- Passion for enhancing processes in a scalable, system/data savvy efficient manner
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience reporting and visualizing data in a clear, compelling way, coupled with strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with global teams and cross functions, and able to articulate and communicate processes and policies.
- Attention to detail, particularly when it comes to data management and reporting
- Highly organized with the ability to roadmap/prioritize current and future developments areas
- Exceptional eye for detail when it comes to data management and project organisation.
- Passion for people and HR and a growth mindset around industry norms and trends.
- Excellent communication and people skills with a high level of empathy and ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
