An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a key member of the Trust Head Office within the Corporate Governance Team working with the Company Secretary, which is right at the heart of the Trust’s overall corporate governance. This role will provide professional and efficient secretariat support services to a number of the Committees of the Trust Board of Directors, ensuring the effective and efficient coordination of the flow of business.

Consideration will be given to part-time (not less than 30 hours) and full-time (37.5 hours) working per week.

The post allows remote working / working from home with a minimum requirement to be in the office 1-4 days a month

You will have proven significant experience of supporting and minuting senior level meetings and committees and demonstrate flexibility, confidentiality and professionalism. You will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to plan ahead, document well and keep careful track of timelines and business cycles. The role requires the ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities as well as to be organised, logical, and to work under both your own initiative and as a team player.

The Corporate Governance Officer will work as a member of the Company Secretary’s team to provide professional and efficient secretariat support services to the Trust Board and its committees, ensuring the delivery of sound corporate governance and the effective and efficient coordination of the flow of business.
