This is an exciting opportunity within our E-commerce team as Astrid & Miyu is on the path towards evolving and shaping our current digital experience. We’re looking for someone who is organised, passionate about E-commerce and looking for a hands-on busy role. The business is scaling fast - which opens an array of opportunity for personal and professional growth within the business. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Coordinate and schedule homepage updates, new content pages, promotions and features to be aligned with the global and regional marketing calendar.
- Manage the online and in-store services product catalogue including new product uploads and maintenance
- Work closely with wider teams to efficiently manage updates of our UK, EU and US websites, sharing insights on customer behaviour to lead merchandising decisions
- Working with creative teams to ensure all site content is current and implemented in-line with A&M’s broader positioning and creative direction
- Responsible for daily reviews and optimisation of the website, including merchandising, navigation, and search results in line with customer behaviour to maintain growth and drive online sales
- Weekly and monthly reporting on key KPIs, across UK, US and EU websites.
- Conduct regular competitor research and analysis, allowing us to stay at the forefront of E-commerce developments among our competitor set.
- Liaising with our web development agency - responsible for managing/prioritising requests

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ experience in E-commerce
- Experience of working with a third party
- You are a collaborative team player, good at multi-tasking and communication
- You have a flexible and reactive approach to problem solving
- You are passionate about developing a career within Ecommerce
- Knowledge of using Shopify E-commerce platform is preferred
