**Programme Office Support - **Inside IR35**
**Contract Term: 6 Months**
**Contracting Authority: UKRI**
**Location: Remote (with 1x per month in Swindon)**
**As **Programme Office Support **your main responsibilities will be**:
- Working with business areas to identify / categorise new projects.
- Coordinating reporting from projects - providing analysis of performance / providing secretariat for governance boards.
- Supporting the portfolio manager to communicate / build commitment to a shared vision & sense of purpose.
- Maintaining portfolio delivery map & critical path to monitor project progress - recognising & tracking interdependencies across change projects.
- Identifying & monitoring portfolio risks - escalating as appropriate.
- Managing & engaging with a wide range of stakeholders - drafting & signing off correspondence.
- Assisting the development of mechanisms for measuring benefits.
**You’ll have relevant experience in**:
- Demonstrable project / programme support experience - arranging meetings / taking & producing notes, minutes, decisions & actions - accurately capturing & distilling key points.
- Experience of developing knowledge & expertise within a professional environment.
- Ability to work as a flexible, proactive member of a team - supporting colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Expert written communication skills, including a good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)- Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
