**Quality Inspector**
**Pontypool,**
£12.15 per hour rising after a probation period
Full-time permanent contract
Monday Friday days only

We are now recruiting Quality Inspectors to join one of our very successful clients based in Pontypool.

**Quality Inspector Main Duties**
Ensuring all documentation, company records and other relevant paperwork is completed and accurate and the records are kept up to date.
Think outside the box to bring ideas and solutions to ongoing problems.
Reviewing current production processes and revise them to increase productivity and efficiency
Ensure that quality standards are maintained and improved if needed
Liaise with Technical Managers, Design Team, Project Managers, and Site Managers to ensure instructions regarding panel deliveries, etc., is communicated and documentation supplied.
Work in a private & confidential manner with team members is an essential part of this role

**What are we looking for in you?**
Ability to work independently as an innovative thinker and in a team environment
Computer literacy including the Microsoft Office package is essential and Structural design software is beneficial.
Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
Problem solving skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is essential.
Understanding Technical/Structural drawings is a must
Knowledge of heavy manufacturing environments such as steel
