We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic **Sales Order Processor **to join our team at **JPS Normanton**

**Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS)** is a brand within STARK Group which specialises in providing building material solutions for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities. Our Normanton branch works in direct partnership with Wakefield District Housing.

**Working Hours**: This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17.00 (No weekends or Bank Holidays)

This role is working with **Jewson Partnership Solutions** as part of the STARK Group. We are a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe. We connect suppliers of heavy building materials with the professional craftsmen who build, renovate, and maintain the cities of tomorrow.
- **Is this role right for me?**_

This role has a strong focus on customer service and sales order processing, as well as supporting in other areas of the branch. This role is great for someone who loves to build relationships with their team and customers and enjoys an active and varied role based in a busy sales office. The person we’re looking for will be:

- Computer Literate and confident computer user, systems will be taught but knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
- Experienced working in a customer facing, sales-office based or administration role.
- Flexible, able to have a hands-on approach to work; happy to work in various departments within a fast paced, busy branch.
- A great team player; ready to support colleagues and customers when needed
- Ambitious, looking for progression and wants to make a career for themselves.

- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our values.
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, both face to face and over the phone, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
- Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
