**The role**

To provide full administrative support to the Pensions Team in order to facilitate the day to day running of the Pensions Department.

**You'll help us make health happen by**
- To open all incoming mail, distribute and set up tasks appropriately.
- To assist maintenance of team mailbox.
- Maintain an effective filing system to ensure efficient flow of documentation and correspondence.
- To process personal data changes to pension scheme members details.
- To assist with administrative processes for team project work.
- To assist in the preparation of presentation and report material when requested.
- To ensure all work is completed within the timescales dictated by Disclosure Regulations.
- To provide cover for Pensions Administrators as and when required.

**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**
- Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel.
- Basic Administration experience.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise on a daily basis.
- Good communication skills.
- 5 GCSE passed at grade ‘c' or equivalent which includes English and Maths.
