I would like to speak to enthusiastic and inspiring, committed Reprographics. The current vacancies are based in an excellent location, this is a great opportunity to work in a vibrant and flourishing Secondary school.

**Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for the income generation of Central Reprographics ensuring all reprographics are cost effective and directly enhance the quality of teaching and learning;
- To provide a full administrative service to the school, including general office duties including secretarial and administrative tasks.
- To undertake Word Processing, Excel, Power Point, Filing of Records and other Secretarial & Clerical Tasks as required, including saving details and correspondence and data items to Bromcom
- To plan and supervise the work of Central Reprographics, including photocopying, design and production of resources to support teaching and learning etc;
- To ensure that high standards are maintained in the production and provision of all materials, using leading edge technology;
- To liaise with outside agencies when necessary. eg. web-site design agency;
- To work with other staff in order to ensure high quality, relevant display throughout the academy, including student's work;
- To design, develop and manage internal academy communication systems including Academy Newsletter and Staff Handbook.

**Essentials/Desired**:

- Training in use of reprographics equipment
- Experience working in a reprographics environment
- Experience of designing and printing basic documents
- Experience of managing a small budget
- Experience of organising a busy service area effectively
- Experience of liaising with printing maintenance contractors
- Experience of maintaining a clean, tidy and well organised area
