We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our small, dynamic HR and Recruitment team based from our Colwyn Bay offices.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be supporting the recruitment function with all administrative tasks necessary to ensure effective recruitment within this rapidly growing company.
- Handling any inbound recruitment queries over the phone.
- Maintaining administrative recruitment systems.
- Arranging assessments and interviews
- Creating offer letters
- Checking employee references and qualifications
- Attend relevant meetings
- Assisting with other tasks as necessary.

**Requirements**:
The role of recruitment administrator will be a varied, challenging position. An ideal background would include:

- Previous experience in a fast paced office environment, recruitment or estate agency would be ideal.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
