**Role Overview**:
As part of our strong team, your responsibilities will go beyond the routine. Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day duties:
**_Entering Accounting Information_**: Ensure accurate and timely input of every purchase invoice and credit note into our systems.

**_Accounting Software Management_**: Properly authorize transactions within our accounting software systems, including Userve, Merit, and Sage.

**_Weekly Payment Run_**: Play a crucial role in ensuring suppliers are paid on time by assisting with the preparation and execution of weekly payment runs.

**_Query Resolution_**: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address and resolve any queries or discrepancies promptly.

**_Transaction Processing_**: Manage and process various financial transactions efficiently, maintaining accuracy and compliance at all times.

**What You Need to Be Successful**:
Purchase Ledger Experience: Demonstrated understanding and experience in purchase ledger processes.

**_Excellent Numeracy Skills_**: Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical aptitude are essential for success in this role.

**_Software Skills_**: Proficiency in using finance software systems such as Safe Financials, Merit, and Sage.
