Neilsons Solicitors and Estate Agents are looking to recruit a full time Sales Negotiator to join our multi-award winning property sales team, due to growth.

**Key roles and responsibilities**:
You will be required to negotiate sales of residential properties and offer client care and discussion relating to existing properties on the market.
- Have relevant experience of working in an Estate Agency/property environment (minimum one year), preferably in a similar role.
- Be highly motivated and capable of managing your work load, working to deadlines.
- Have an excellent and professional phone manner as you will be speaking with clients and purchasing Solicitors on a daily basis, representing the firm.
- Have excellent time-keeping skills and experience in meeting deadlines.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be a confident user of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc).
- Be confident using web-based computer systems.
- Have a keen eye for detail when data inputting.
- Be enthusiastic and keen to learn.

Full training will be provided and you will have every opportunity to develop your role at Neilsons.

Neilsons also offer remote working possibilities.

**Salary**: Dependent on experience.

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday morning work on a rotational basis (9.30am to 12noon).
