Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Negotiator.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for finding buyers for the properties we are marketing and managing our applicant bank.

  • Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers/landlords
  • Coordinate viewings and obtain viewing feedback, communicating with clients
  • Negotiate offers and register applicants, identifying their specific property search requirements
  • Cross-sell properties to applicants, highlighting the properties' main features and encouraging viewings
  • Identify other services relevant to the applicants' situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
  • Maximise every opportunity through maintaining a regular dialogue with applicants
  • Keep clients informed of all activity on their property (viewings, noted interests, etc.)
  • Assist with property administration and deal with inbound calls
Additional Responsibilities

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will also handle client objections/conflict, provide advice and recommendations on marketing and pricing strategy, and assist junior members of the team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of the Scottish property market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is desirable
