The Peninsula London is pleased to announce we are seeking a Culinary Coordinator reporting to the Executive Chef. This role will support the Culinary department with the communication, and coordination of meetings and projects alongside managing the office and documentation required to run this department smoothly. The role will also work with F&B leaders and communicate effectively with all the hotel and residences as required. An instrumental position at the heart of a busy Culinary operation.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure you are the main hub for Culinary communication, from handling both internal and external phone inquiries to handling appointments, reminders, and meetings.
- This position will be required to work with various software systems such as Time and Attendance, Payroll, F&B systems, Word, Excel PowerPoint.
- Will need to carry out administrative and personal assistant duties for the Executive Chef which may entail setting up meetings and meeting/greeting guests and/or suppliers.
- Actively involved in Food and Beverage meetings and offer friendly and warm support to all colleagues.

General Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of the Food and Beverage division and understanding of 5* hotel operations.
- Passion and appreciation of quality food and beverage offerings preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
- Flexibility and capability of working under pressure.
