Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Welcoming our guest and direct them to seat in their table
- Taking order and make suggestions to upsell our products and serve their food and drinks
- Manage and supervise the waiting staff, ensuring smooth service during service hours
- Assist in training new servers on menu items, service standards, and upselling techniques
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
- Monitor inventory levels of dining supplies and place orders as needed
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in a restaurant setting with a focus on customer service
- Experience with drinks including cocktails and coffee
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling bills, payments, and cash transactions
- Familiarity with culinary terms and food preparation processes
- Ability to promote upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a hospitable attitude towards guests
