As a leading independent Estate Agency they are currently looking for a Lettings Co-ordinator to join our Lettings and Property Management Department. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm within a great team. The role requires an individual who is efficient, able to work to tight deadlines and with an excellent eye for detail.

- Use Alto (our CRM) productively.
- Good attention to detail and to communicate well
- Key Responsibilities:

- Deal with customer enquiries effectively
- Oversea keys and complete weekly key audit
- Ensure all property maintenance issues / repairs are recorded and actioned promptly for repair at cost effective prices and customers updated.
- Manage tenancy progression / deal paperwork and move ins
- Arrange any tenancy contract amendments.
- Arrange safety certificates and pre tenancy repairs
- Chase rent arrears
- Arrange end of tenancy formalities (check out process)
- Deal with tenancy deposits and disputes
- Manage office stationery, equipment and post
- Update office windows and sales drawers
- Update relevant departments and manager
- Resolve customer / tenant complaints within authority and escalate serious matters outside of own authority level immediately.
- Maintain portfolio compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
- Any other duties requested by manager or Directors.

**Experience**:

- Ideally with experience in Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression/Lettings
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to manage own work load, multi task and remain calm under pressure
- Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
- Excellent organisational skills Excellent telephone manner
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
