**Overview**

We have a wonderful permanent opportunity to join our Product and Content Team as Product Data Coordinator.
Reporting to the Product Data Governance Team Leader, you'll work with Commercial, E-Comms and suppliers to ensure that our products are optimised in the product hierarchy. You'll maintain the construction and development of product selling data for new product types and the maintenance of business rules in the Screwfix product hierarchy.

We have a hybrid working policy, where you'll be based in our Head Office in Yeovil 3 days a week, working flexibly around the core office hours of 10 am-3 pm.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assess/understand product type from new product consol sheets for UK and International. Identify the correct subgroup location, attributes and rules required to ensure products are showcased effectively online.
- Ensures consistency of approach in the construction and development of product selling data for the web.
- Liaise with internal departments to identify and resolve issues that arise from product data and hierarchy.
- Work with internal departments to ensure new products have the relevant subgroups, attributes, and rules prior to set up.
- Work with Product Creation team collection to resolve any queries due to product location, attributes, and rules.
- Work with external suppliers to capture missing data if applicable.
- Influences stakeholders to improve the structure of data across all product categories.
- At the direction of the Product Data Governance Team Leader, work on ad-hoc projects to change /improve the ways in which we collect and manage data.
- Attend internal meetings, providing support to the creation of new product types as required.

**Required skills & experience**
- You’ll need to be efficient and have strong planning skills to manage many tasks at once successfully. You’ll also have the challenge of working to tight deadlines.
- We need someone who can adopt a flexible approach to work and adapt quickly and effectively to unexpected changes, ensuring we meet our objectives.
- Able to be accurate, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders, including external suppliers.
