The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is looking for an experienced Door Person to join the Front of House team. You will have to make sure all customers receive an outstanding welcoming to the hotel.

As Door Person your **key responsibilities** will include:

- Welcoming and assisting people going in and out of the building
- Be the first person of contact for guests enquiries
- Give directions within and outside the premises
- Sign and receive packages
- Activate a watching eye on all activities within and around the building’s entrance

As Door Person the **essential skills** required are:

- UK driving license
- Experience as Front of House member in a 4 star hospitality establishment
- Good customer service
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive attitude

**About the Hotel**

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is a luxury 5-star all suite hotel set in the exclusive Chelsea Harbour Marina and within walking distance from the legendary King’s Road. All of the hotel’s luxury suites are spacious and elegantly furnished, with four spectacular penthouse suites which offer some of the best panoramic views across London from their spacious roof terraces. Leisure facilities at the hotel include the Blue Harbour Health Club and Spa, with a 17 metre indoor swimming pool, state of the art fitness centre, sauna, steam room, six treatment rooms and hair salon.
