The Role
We are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process, strategy development, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, onboarding, and integration. You will decide on the most appropriate methodology and strategy for direct sourcing, branding, vendor management etc.
Act as a trusted recruitment/ staffing partner, monitor effectiveness of recruitment processes, and suggest improvements as appropriate.
Collaborate with the team to deliver their objectives in most effective and efficient ways.
Process improvement and continuous knowledge sharing within the team.
Ensuring the global recruitment system (applicant tracking system) and data processes are fully utilized, and all records are kept up to date and accurate.
Regular reporting to senior management.

Manage supply chain for recruitment (Placement partners, Academia, external agencies etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- ILFORD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- As a recruiters: 2 years (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (preferred)
