Become a Customer Care Agent based at London Gatwick Airport. Working as a member of the Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) Team.

**What You Will Do** **as a Customer Care Agent**
Let's change the world and make a difference.
Being a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for the transfer of PRM or those needing assistance from the aircraft to the terminal building or from the terminal building to the aircraft You will utilise company equipment to fulfil this role. Full training will be given.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Assist special assistance passengers through the terminal to and from the aircraft door and assist with the transfer into their seat or wheelchair through safe manual handling techniques.
- Perform Customer Care Agent (CCA) duties as directed by Operations Control. Escorting arriving and departing special assistance passengers through the airport either on foot, by wheelchair or electric buggy (if you in a possession of valid driving licence & have received relevant training, you are expected to operate a buggy)

**What We Expect of You**
- Previous Airline &/or Airport experience is desired although not essential as full training will be provided.
- Must be able to lift passengers in confined spaces, lift luggage in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Basic IT Skills
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
- Have an ability to deliver clear verbal and written reports where necessary.
- Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
**Desirable**:
Able to Speak other Languages.
