Office Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Agent to join our team at Aviation Recruitment Network - Heathrow. As an Office Agent, you will play a crucial role in our Air Cargo Warehouse operations, providing essential administrative support for all freight and cargo movement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process inbound and outbound flights, coordinating with carriers and managing the transportation chain to schedule pickups, deliveries, and shipments.
  • Track shipments in transit and provide updates to customers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Capture data entries into various airlines' computer systems.
  • Report on discrepancies and damages, providing general administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customs requirements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal.
  • Customer Service experience is essential for this role.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
  • Basic IT skills are necessary to capture relevant information into various airlines' computer systems.
  • Air Cargo knowledge is desirable but not essential.
