**Procurement & Estates Administrator**

We are an industry leader in the delivery of ethical services, prioritising customer welfare and using data to help our clients make better decisions.- We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement & Estates Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis based in our London Office.- As a Procurement & Estates Administrator you will have a pivotal role within the Procurement, Estates & Facilities Department supporting the teams by performing general administration duties and managing supplier/property compliance across the business.**What you will be doing**:

- Ownership of Supplier onboarding documentation and ongoing maintenance of supplier due diligence data
- Proactive maintenance of supplier compliance data
- Ownership and management of central databases.
- Support Head of Procurement, Category Managers & Estates & Facilities Team with ad hoc administration tasks
- Attend supplier meetings as requested and generating associated meeting minutes.
- Supplier performance monitoring & reporting
- Finance/Audit assistance
- Raise and receipt purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 supporting regression testing.
- Carry out monthly audit of Property related data and payments.
- Ongoing maintenance of Re-usable/Recyclable items list and coordination of associated activity
- Assisting with queries regarding office management i.e., stationery, printing
- Liaising with Legal Team
- Assisting the Exec Support Team with ‘onsite’ requirements when needed
- Assisting Post Room with sorting and distribution of mail

- Strong Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to ‘think outside the box’.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to respond quickly where needed and work under pressure.
- Comfortable suggesting and implementing new ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
