My client are a global leader in the chemical and life sciences sector, at the forefront of shaping industries and improving lives through cutting-edge solutions. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing procurement across facility management, real estate, and fleet; this position offers the flexibility to be based anywhere within the EU and requires occasional travel. You will lead a team of six procurement professionals, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Manage a global spend of €450M across facility management, real estate, and fleet categories.
Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to deliver best-in-class procurement strategies and practices.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, efficiency, and cost savings.
Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and value for the organization.
Lead complex cross-functional projects, taking ownership from conception to execution.
Extensive procurement experience in facility management, real estate, and fleet categories on a global scale.
Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings and value through strategic procurement initiatives.
Professional fluency in English is essential, other EU languages beneficial.
