Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:
The Partnership Lead role reports directly into the EO Marketing Director and plays a meaningful role in delivering highly relevant and commercially impactful partnership solutions across a range of diverse sectors. These partnerships can form the foundation of marketing initiatives or deliver a critical point of difference in our consumer offering This role will build, evolve and implement a European partnership and product placement strategy that services evolving EO priorities and best serves the needs of European markets.- Leading and developing existing partners and evolving the respective propositions, servicing the local markets with the vital guidelines and playbooks to meaningfully integrate and activate within their campaign plans.- Proactively exploring and assessing new opportunities for the business at a regional level that have scope for regional and global benefit. This could range from partners in key passion point sectors (e.g. Music, eSports, sport) to film and TV production companies and media platforms (Tiktok, Twitch etc)- Engaging regularly with the relevant teams at HQ to ensure EO is fully aligned and can assist in crafting future propositions and delivery of relevant assets and toolkits that can most benefit the region.- Working with EO Marketing and our legal, commercial & product teams to ensure alignment and leverage suitable opportunities being secured that can be extended and replicated in Europe- Negotiating and delivering contractual agreements through working closely with legal, finance and procurement teams

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Guide and authority in partnerships and the media industry with experience at optimally brokering and implementing high-end propositions with strong commercial benefits- Extensive senior level influence from a portfolio of relevant industries (e.g. Gaming, eSports, health, music etc.)- A strong background of relationship building, negotiating, and leveraging IP- An understanding of how to target Gen Z & alpha through partnerships- Experience of running contract negotiations with a positive commercial outcomes- Project or Programme Management experience- Excellent understanding of consumer electronics (or similar) environment and current and future trends in this sector- Comprehensive influencing and interpersonal skills to a senior executive level- Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management within a highly matrixed organisation- A proven record of delivering partnerships and product placement initiatives that deliver tangible business impact- Good understanding of the customer retail experience and touchpoints in consumer

What does success look like?- Identifying clear opportunities to assist the EO Brand team in delivering on key goals- Influencing global partnership strategy to the benefit of European subsidiaries- Establishing EO led initiatives / partnerships / product placements which deliver commercial and / or brand benefits to European subs- Driving strategic shift in European markets to align partnership and sponsorship direction with EO focus- Establishing a strong working relationship with key Marketing, Commercial and Product teams across Europe and Suwon (head office) to ensure coordinated delivery

The Interview Process- 1st Stage will involve a task and interview with the EO Marketing Director- 2nd stage - interview with the EO Head of Brand
