We are currently recruiting for a Training Videographer based in Chertsey. This is a permanent position with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client Samsung, offering a salary of £37,500 per annum with a great bonus.

The Role

As the MX Training Videographer, you will be responsible for the production of engaging and immersive video training content across multiple project scopes and stakeholders. You will be solely responsible for the capturing, editing, and reviewing of video content adhering to all client requirements and timelines line.

Working across multiple locations you will utilize the production studio and varied offsite locations to comply with all client guidelines from brand, product, and legal through the creative process. You will be an expert in all production elements from sound amplification, camera, and lighting when capturing training content as well as working closely with key stakeholders to maintain the high standard and quality control of video content.

The MX Training videographer will work closely with the MX Training Content producer and Mx Training Graphic Designer/Animator, to create dynamic, high-impact, and compact training content to be housed across multiple touchpoints and users in Retail, Contact centre, and online. You must be an expert in the rollout of training videos through uploading across social platforms and e-learning websites, as well as live broadcasting through dedicated clients and providing on-demand solutions.

Adopting the latest trends in video production and technology, you actively seek innovative ways to push the boundaries on the creation of immersive and engaging content to exceed client and stakeholder expectations.

Working closely tight the MX training function, you will coach, lead and develop talent to star in front of the camera as well as support the creative process with storyboarding, scripting, and operational processes to ensure the delivery of content in a cost-efficient and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Being a Product expert demonstrating a strong understanding of the mobile technology industry and awareness of competitor
- Using the Adobe Creative Suite including Premier Pro and Illustrator, as well as InDesign and broadcasting platforms such as OBS and Vimeo
- Full project management of the creative process from capturing requirements to storyboarding, scripting, and post-edit production to ensure we deliver to all client's expectations.
- Ability to capture and produce content in the studio as well as on location nationwide while maintaining the highest possible standard in video production.
- Robust understanding of production equipment including lighting, mixers, microphones, and cameras.
- Full autonomy in directing camera equipment to capture the best video experience including angles, lighting, framing (rule of thirds)
- Full proficiency in utilizing on-screen graphics, special effects, transitions, and feature assets within the video production working with the Graphic Designer/Animator.
- Experience in manipulating raw footage and rendering.
- Directing, producing, and critically analyzing all video content to ensure the delivery of an immersive training experience.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and work streams ensuring the management both of the On Demand library as well as live production streams
- Creating, capturing, and evaluating client briefs for video content requests and providing feedback loops to learn and continuously improve.
- Providing direction and advice for video shoots and photography across wider training projects
- Uploading and sharing video content across multiple touchpoints across social media and e-learning platform
- Full accountability and ownership in maintaining production equipment and inventory in the production studio.
- Extensive experience in audio management and acoustics. Select, position, adjust and operate sound equipment, such as booms, fishing rods, and microphones, used for amplification and recording.
- Understanding the latest trends in digital media consumption to Identify innovative ways to communicate training messages.
- Delivering copywriting aligned to brand guidelines and tone of voice are met for all projects.
- Strong commercial understanding of measuring the impact of training assets.
- Led collaboration projects across client partners.
- Understanding of reaching new audiences and driving awareness through content
- Actively identifying new methods of creating digital content aligned with client objectives.
- Ability to influence end users through the use of training materials.
- Utilizing insights to derive training content and innovation in approach.
