GXO is currently seeking a driven and talented individual for the role of **Production Line Leader**, to join our co-pack department within our state of the art, flagship Nestle site based at East Midlands Gateway. You will ensure products are processed and handled correctly utilising MHE, manual handling and the appropriate warehouse management systems to achieve and fulfil customer requirements efficiently, accurately and safely.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday. The hours of work will rotate fortnightly between 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to **£27,851.28 **per annum. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Day to day leadership of the co-pack line, coaching team members to support the delivery of quality and accuracy in all areas of the department
- Meet personal targets and objectives whilst carrying out assigned tasks including accuracy and quality whilst assembling or reworking pallets
- Support the review and updating of departmental SOPs, Risk Assessments, Training processes
- Ensure compliance in all areas of responsibility in respect of workplace ethics and Health and Safety following the escalation process where there is any deviation from the standard process
