In this role you will be an integral part of the HR Services team; leading, coordinating and supervising the activities of the HR Services team and playing a pivotal role in ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and services meet agreed Service Level Agreements for our customers.
HR Services Manager – 12 month FTC
Refresco, Kegworth (Central HR team)
Hybrid working, 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 4pm Fridays.
Reporting into the Head of HR Services & Reward, this role will support both the Business and HR 3-year Plan to implement new ways of working, providing overall quality HR and reward processes in line with statutory requirements and SOX compliance. This role will play a key part in engaging a broad range of stakeholders on the change impacts and benefits of these new ways of working.
This role will support the Head of HR Services & Reward to develop system technologies and tools that will improve and streamline our HR Services, developing the HR systems roadmap, ensuring that these are effective and provide accurate Management Information for better business decision-making.
With a clear HR Strategy and plan in place, this role will also support the Head of HR Services & Reward on project work arising across this agenda.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly employment changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, paternity and maternity, sickness, bonuses, overtime and terminations.Deliver the HR Services plan, across the end-to-end colleague lifecycle to ensure that the underlying data is accurate, and processes are as efficient as possibleDesign and manage delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to treat our colleagues and leaders as customers of HR ServicesCollaborate with the HR Business Partners to ensure that HR administration is supported by effective processes that minimise the time and eliminate the duplication of effort by them and their HR teams and Central HR Work closely with Payroll, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure that pay and benefits are administered in an efficient and compliant mannerDeliver MI against HR KPIs that are automated where possible, against a regular calendar of reports and for ad-hoc requestsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to make sure we are compliant with statutory requirements around National Living Wage, Gender Pay, audit requirements and other controlsResponsible for provision of data to external providers e.g. health insurance, life assurance.Responsible for the safe keeping of sensitive data in line with GDPR guidance.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team to support the timely onboarding of new colleagues and ensure they have a great first experience with RefrescoSupport the delivery of the HR Systems roadmap Support continuous improvement and the configuration of HR systems, including how data is kept up to date, accurate and is transferred across systems to ensure that we have one source of the truthSupport Head of HR Services & Reward on HR Services projects and reward activity as and when required.Maintain close working relationships with HR and Finance teams.Support all internal and external audits related to HR services and/or Payroll, where required, with the provision of data.Responsible for performance management of HR Services team to include objective setting, regular performance reviews and annual appraisals.Responsible for identifying and coordinating the training of HR Services team.Drive strong culture of controls through leadership, processes and training.Competencies and skills to be successful as a HR Services Manager at Refresco:
