Loopla is an exciting kids’ events platform that helps parents find events and activities near them quickly and easily.

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to provide HR services while also handling a variety of administrative tasks for the Company and Founder.

Work in this role involves assisting with recruitment pipelines and employment documentation, supporting employees with requests, handling a diverse range of administrative support for the platform, and taking on personal assistant tasks for the Company’s founder.

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Talent Acquisition**: assisting with the recruitment process from job adverts and screening to onboarding new team members and freelancers.
- **HR Compliance**: Ensuring the Company is adhering to the latest employment laws, creating and managing recruitment and employment documentation.
- **Administration**: performing a wide range of administration tasks to a high standard, from maintaining the office supplies to liaising with writers for the online content pipeline.
- **Team Relations**: helping to maintain a positive work environment by handling employee requests and discussing any concerns.
- **Personal Assistant Tasks**: performing personal assistant tasks for the founder.

**Requirements**:

- BSc in Human Resources or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar position (HR Administrator, HR Assistant or other relevant role)
- Have a sound understanding of employment law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English language level

**Optional**:
Experience with copywriting or working with online content is a bonus.

**Office & WFH**:
Part-time work would involve 2-3 days a week with 1-2 days a week worked from our office in Euston. The rest of the days can be worked from home.

Full-time work can be considered depending on experience.

**Team**:
You would report to the Company's founder and be working alongside all team members (currently 8 full-time and 10 freelancers). Our goal is to ensure the smooth operation of the events platform Loopla and maintain a positive workflow for all Loopla Teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: £22,780.00-£38,765.00 per year
