Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to join a reputable and fast-growing business specialising particularly within facilities and security services within the property market, offering a broadrange of its customers a tailor-made approach.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a company with a view to progression in their career and a forward-thinking mind who can add value. You will be responsible for new and existing business, seeking to secure new contracts for the businessand working collaboratively across multiple functions on various projects.
Location - Enfield - North London (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary - Competitive + Commission + Company Car/Car Allowance
Business Development Executive duties and responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contracts
- Identifying new revenue opportunities
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies with the team to grow business
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
- Collaborating with the Head of Sales on sales goals and strategies
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required
Business Development Executive requirements
- Proven business development experience within facilities management or security background
- Experience selling into the residential / commercial, and social property sectors (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work towards sales targets and KPI's
- Experience or familiar with CRM software
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to sell value and create credibility
