**Customer Acquisition Manager / £40k / Blackpool**

This fast paced and fast growing ecommerce business have plans to
quadrupole
their revenue over the next few years They need a data driven, analytical **Customer Acquisition Manager** to help them achieve this.

As the **Customer Acquisition Manager** you will
- Create a clear, robust, customer acquisition and retention strategy that reflects business objectives
- Ensure paid search activity meets business financial metrics to maximise ROAS, conversion rates and average order values
- Define and deliver a robust domain authority growth strategy (DA)
- Onboard appropriate additional marketplace partners, ensuring commercial terms are net profitable (eg. OnBuy, Wayfair)
- Regularly review customer acquisition performance targets to ensure expenditure meets the business financial metrics to maximise ROAS
- Work to expand brand awareness, whilst maintaining commercial objectives
- Maximise commercial opportunities by building proactive relationships with brands and partners, conducting regular reviews to monitor performance
- Work with trading and content colleagues to deliver an effective on-site customer experience (CX), including personalisation
- Identify customer behaviours, tailoring activity to meet demands

**You will need**
- PPC experience across Google, Bing and other search engines - shopping feeds, paid search ads, display, remarketing and performance max
SEO experience - domain authority growth and on-site content optimisation
- Affiliate experience - driving growth and onboarding top affiliate partners

- Marketplace experience - driving growth on secondary platforms (eg. OnBuy, Wayfair)
-- Customer retention experience

- Magento 2 experience is advantageous

- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills

- Highly commercial, with focus on profitable sales and customer excellence
