The Quality Manager role in Blackpool presents a significant opportunity within the Medical Imaging industry. The company, a globally recognised leader in carbon fibre component design and manufacture, is seeking a capable individual to uphold and enhance its quality standards.


Role Summary: As Quality Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring product excellence and maintaining regulatory compliance. Working in a dynamic environment, you'll lead quality reporting, manage systems, conduct root cause analysis, and oversee audits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive quality metrics and reporting
  • Establish and maintain Quality Management Systems
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Manage audits and regulatory compliance
  • Understand customer needs and develop quality processes
  • Support product development and documentation
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards


Key Skills:

  • Strong data analysis and statistical skills
  • Excellent organisation and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in problem-solving tools and quality procedures
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and relevant methodologies
  • IT and MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to assess broader situations and provide strategic insights


Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with LEAN methodologies
  • Experience with medical-specific standards
  • Certification in advanced statistical analysis tools
