**Looking for a new job with satisfaction that you'd struggle to find anywhere else **You're in luck as our amazing #TeamInchbrae in Aberdeen are on the lookout for new *female colleagues to join them on a permanent part-time and full-time basis.

**The Role**

You'll become part of a friendly team who supports three ladies, all with various learning and physical disabilities to live in their own home. You'll feel right at home there There's a lovely homely feel and they also have an amazing sensory room built in.

Along with supporting the ladies with all aspects of daily living, all three ladies are fun loving and enjoy a busy social life, so you'll also support them with their hobbies and interests too which include swimming, arts & crafts, baking, music, movies and shopping trips and days out.

**About You**

At Cornerstone, we don't recruit on experience and qualifications; we're more interested in what you as a person will bring to our team

We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need to build your career within the Health & Social Care sector. **We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and your SSSC registration fees too**

**As the ladies we support have their own mobility cars, we do need you to have a full UK driving license for these particular vacancies..**

- The ability to work well in a team
- Great communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
- Good administration skills
- Confidence in the use of computers

**The people we support have barriers to their communication, so it's essential that you have an excellent grasp of the English language.**

**Shift Patterns**

As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual the shifts will fall into patterns of early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, waking nights and public holidays, so we will need you to be flexible across all of our shift patterns.
