About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at Cornerstone Community Care. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting three amazing ladies with various learning and physical disabilities to live in their own home.

You will be responsible for providing daily living support, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management. You will also support the ladies with their hobbies and interests, such as swimming, arts and crafts, baking, music, movies, and shopping trips and days out.

About You

We are looking for someone who is caring, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will also need to be confident in the use of computers and have a good grasp of the English language.

We offer a comprehensive training program, including the SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and SSSC registration fees. We also offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including a full UK driving license and at least 1 year's experience on the roads.

Shift Patterns

As a Support Practitioner, you will work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, days, and evenings. You will also work weekends, waking nights, and public holidays on a rotational basis. We are committed to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual.
