**Job Details**

The company is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and proactive individual to assist in the general administration of project work and provide administrative support to the Town Planning and Urban Design teams in the Cambridge office.

You will be part of a small, supportive Admin Team and under the guidance of the Office Manager your key responsibilities will include:

- Preparing basic maps using digital mapping services
- Diary management
- Assisting with invoicing and the raising of purchase orders in a timely manner
- Managing incoming telephone calls, post, photocopying and filing
- Working independently using video call software such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom

**Person Specification**

The company is looking for an individual who is flexible in their approach, can learn the systems and processes quickly and is able to work as part of a team. You will be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands and deadlines.

Knowledge of digital mapping services, such as PROMAP and Emapsite and experience in in planning portal software is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
